		<description>The last step in this diagram is off.  You should not be flexing your calf to lift your heal.  This will result in more than your full body weight concentrated on the small area on the front of the foot.  This will sure to cause blisters, sore calves, and possibly stress fractures.

Instead on should lift the foot with the strong hip flexors.  The calves should be relaxed on lift off.
